Intimal Health’s product platform consists of two main components.  Intimal Health’s Cardiovascular Outcome Management Program (CardioHealth) is a cardiovascular disease software solution that helps physicians and other health care providers identify, educate, and track patients at risk for cardiovascular disease.  Intimal Health’s MyCardioHealth is a portable USB device designed to engage and educate patients in their cardiovascular care program.  The initial versions of CardioHealth and MyCardioHealth were launched in the first quarter of 2008 as part of an early adoption trial and full market launch will occur in the fourth quarter of 2009. 

Future plans provide for the development of MyCardioHealth into a customized patient web portal.  More details on the components are found in their respective product pages.
